Announcing our 2024 H&S Champion: Paul McGee

We are delighted to announce that Paul McGee, of Quinn Developments N.W., has been named our H&S Champion of the Year for 2024!

Paul’s dedication to fostering a culture of safety and his proactive approach to ensuring a secure work environment have set a remarkable example across the organisation.

Matt Hendrick, one of our H&S Advisors, who works closely with Paul, shared his thoughts: “Paul is always open, engaging, and thorough when discussing the work being carried out on-site and the health and safety measures in place.  He welcomes suggestions and swiftly addresses any observations to enhance site-wide safety and culture.  Earlier this year, Paul handled a medical emergency on site with exceptional speed, professionalism, and decisiveness.”
