Overview: In the UK it is a legal requirement that all commercially used electrical equipment is fully tested and certified for safety purposes. This 1-day Electrical Appliance Testing course is ideal for those who want to test electrical appliances in a safe working environment for their company; such as caretakers, landlords, and building service operatives.
Please note: completing this course does not qualify you to carry out PAT testing on a commercial basis.

- Conduct in house electrical appliance testing in accordance with the institute of Electrical Engineers ACoP
- Undertaking testing in a safe working environment
- Understand the legal requirements associated with electrical appliance testing
- Identifying all classes of appliance
- Safely conducting tests of the electrical appliances that conform with the published ACoP
