Company of the Month: July. Sound Interiors Ltd

This month we’re celebrating another Member company – Sound Interiors Ltd. They are the proud recipients of BAM’s Regional Contractor of the Year Award for 2014.  This is the second year they have received the award!

The BAM Regional Contractor of the Year Award recognises Sound Interiors’ continual efforts; not only in quality, but in environmental and h&s standards. Members of Sound Interiors Ltd staff are regularly awarded Contractor of the Month by principal contractors on various sites.

This is partly because all operatives are given additional site inductions by Sound Interiors Ltd; including their own video on ‘working at height’ to ensure they know their role on site. Monthly visits by Courtley’s advisors also result in operatives recognising the importance of h&s and developing a good attitude towards it.

At Sound Interiors Ltd, safety management is lead from the top; with Howard Winter being an advocate for h&s, actively promoting a great safety culture for everyone.

Courtley (Health & Safety) Ltd is delighted to work with such a pro-active company and we hope to do so for a long time to come.
