3M Qualitative Fit Test Train the Trainer Workshop (half day) – 18 February

We are having a 3M Qualitative Fit Test Workshop – which covers fit testing legislation, fitting problems and when and what types of fit tests should be done – delivered on 18 February 2015.

The session is set to take place at our training centre in Knowsley (L33 7XN) on 18 February and is designed for up to 9 attendees.  We currently have 5 places to fill which we are offering our customers on a fist-come-first-served basis.

Attendees of the workshop will be issued with a certificate after the session to certify they have been trained to perform fit testing using the 3M Fit Test Kit. The session will last 4 hours.

The workshop is carried out by trainers accredited with the Fit2Fit fit tester accreditation scheme and includes:

• The background to fit testing
• Fit testing vs. Fit checking
• What equipment needs fit testing
• When fit testing should be conducted
• In depth training on how to correctly use 3M Qualitative Fit Test Kits with many practical hints and tips
• Identifying and correcting failures
• Advice on how to structure a fit testing session and properly brief test subjects
• Practical fit testing to gain experience and confidence
• How to look after fit test kits
• Record keeping
