Joining Courtley as a member will give you access to our team of health and safety experts. Meaning you will get the support and guidance you need to develop safety procedures, secure third party accreditation e.g. CHAS, conduct incident investigations, manage unexpected crises, and much more.
We have a common-sense approach and appreciate that we need to add value to your business. Acting as the safety department to hundreds of businesses, we help to protect thousands of workers every day.
If you want to find out how becoming a member can help your business, simply complete the enquiry form below and we’ll be in touch. Alternatively, give us a call on 0151 545 0497 for a chat, or to arrange a face-to-face meeting – we’ll provide the coffee!

Health and Safety Management
We will help ensure that your success is no accident. With the effective implementation of a robust health and safety management system.
The culture of an organisation stems from their policies. We will review the various policies which detail your management systems. Our review could include your Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity, Environmental, Bribery, Modern Slavery and Safeguarding policies.
We will ensure that your policies meet legal requirements. Are best practice, and are appropriate for your organisation. This includes assessment of your workplace arrangements and procedures.
Access to Competent Health and Safety Advice
It is a requirement of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 reg. 7 that you and your employees have access to competent health and safety advice. Courtley can act as your very own health and safety department.
Our advice is drawn from a great breadth of knowledge and experience. We are independent and impartial. And our Safety professionals are available via telephone and email. This includes at times outside of normal working hours.
They will also be available to visit on-site when needed. Both planned visits and when requested to provide specific support. Our safety and law professionals are assisted by our in-house administration team.
Members also can request that a representative of Courtley Health & Safety accompany them to appropriate meetings. This could be with enforcing authorities. Or at Health, Safety and Environmental team meetings.
We often accompany Members to meetings with potential suppliers and partners too. This helps to demonstrate your commitment to health and safety. We can also help with requirements for specific projects.
Details of our entire team’s experience, qualifications and training are available upon request.

We will work with your team to help them through the process. You provide the local knowledge and specific detail. We ensure the agreed safe system of work achieves compliance.
